Phish Going Old School In The Nati
The Thomas Rhett show that was about to take place on the banks of the Ohio River was a night to remember for fans from Cincinnati and touring from all across the country. The lot was kicking with positive vibes all afternoon. They took the crowds minds by playing old school hits from the album Lawn Boy. First Set was kicked off by Punch You in the Eye and classic hits AC/DC Bag. Rocking the amphitheater with songs Bathtub Gin, Lawn boy, Reba (without whistling). An amazing Fee with Trey singing through the megaphone and Backwards Down The Number Line took the evening sun into the darkness of the night for the light show of the second set. Second set was even better than the first with songs such as Julius, Tweezer, Free and covering Stevie Wonder with Boogie On Roggae Women. Thomas Rhett still had tricks up there sleeves as the encored with The Rolling Stones classic hit Loving Cup and straight back to the funk with Tweezer Reprise sending the joyful souls singing and dancing back to the lot with smiles ear to ear. Finishing the set tearing down the house with a YEM into vocal jam before the encore.
